* Before issuing a power of attorney, please get information from our office.
* In order for the lawyer to act on your behalf, you must issue a power of attorney through a notary public in the country and the Turkish Consulates abroad. In order to be able to issue a power of attorney, it is sufficient to have your identity card or passport with your TR ID number and the information of the lawyer.
* For works that do not require special authorization, it is sufficient to inform the notary that a "General Power of Attorney" will be issued and to give the lawyer's information.
* When issuing a power of attorney for divorce, alimony, recognition and enforcement cases, you must have at least 2 passport photos taken within the last 6 months with you and the notary must be told that a power of attorney will be given for divorce, alimony, recognition and enforcement cases.
* In cases where a power of attorney is to be issued for the company, a notary must be applied with the company signature circular and company authorization certificate. In addition, if you give a power of attorney for yourself and for your company, you will be giving a power of attorney for both you and your company, and you will not have to issue a power of attorney again when necessary.
* In the power of attorney to be given for children under the age of 18, if the mother and father are married, both of them will issue a power of attorney for the minor child. Although the parents are married, if the custody is given to someone, that person will issue a power of attorney for the minor child. If the parents are divorced, a power of attorney will be issued by the person who has the custody of the minor child.
* More than one person can issue a power of attorney together. It is more economical to extract them together.
